This look is channeling my inner model of duty which is a look i love to create. This bardot top is perfect for adding a feminine touch to a simple outfit and shows off one of my favourite parts of the body, the collar bone.
Teaming the look with a pair of heeled boots gives a more dressed up look but a pair of sandals would work equally as well.

With the hot weather fading slightly, I took the opportunity to get the white jeans out! I recently bought this striped casual shirt which works perfectly as a kimono style piece and better yet matched the grey in my new sandals which are definitely a Primark gem!

This internship is really making me wear all the different items in my wardrobe! I don’t think I’ve worn this skirt for about a year and since its so warm, it’s the perfect opportunity. I chose to dress the skirt down with a low arm hole knit vest and some chunky heeled boots!

Yesterday I brought out my white ripped jeans which very rarely get worn as my white Joni jeans just fit like a dream!
I tried to tone it down a bit with the black thin knit top from Primark and this casual bomber jacket I recently bought and love. I love it because it’s slightly different to the bombers that everyone has these days. Also I love pink so it’s a win win.
I did actually change into trainers after I took these photos as I just couldn’t face wearing boots all day around London just yet!

You’d think since we’re getting close to summer, I’d be wanting to add colour to my wardrobe but no. Im still sticking to black and white. These items are the next things on my shopping list. Might even treat myself if my internship gets off to a good start.

The weather may be being typical un decisive english weather but at least dreamy white jeans can brighten up your day, right?
When i was younger, i used to be so against white jeans. Mainly because they were ‘chavy’ at one point but trends change i suppose. I mean trainers used to be only a PE thing but now its an everyday thing. It’s like these jeans have been sent from heaven, they fit me so well that i just want to wear them all the time. Like if i want to feel good, this is the item i’ll wear. Happy happy that its summer and acceptable to wear them again.
I paired the jeans with this black fishnet crop top which is more of a night out piece but throw on a kimono and no one will know. Only downside to this top is, you either have to go braless or buy a really good stick on bra. Never thought id see the day id own anything fishnet again. Don’t know if any of you had these but i used to have these neon pink fishnet arm warmer things which were probably from claires. Lets just say I’m never going near neon pink fishnet again.
To finish the look off, I’ve added a pair of black boots which I’ve had for years and this black clutch. A bright clutch would work better as it would give the outfit a pop of colour but i own no colour. Note to self – Buy more colour!
